Privacy Policy for iNex Launcher

Effective Date: May 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which iNex Launcher collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users of the iNex Launcher mobile application.

1. Our Commitment to Privacy

iNex Launcher is designed with a "Privacy-First" philosophy. We believe that your digital environment belongs to you. The app operates entirely on your device and does not require an account, does not connect to external servers, and does not transmit your personal data to any cloud service.

2. Information Collection and Use

iNex Launcher does not collect any personally identifiable information.

  • No Cloud Storage: There are no external servers or databases associated with this application. Your data never leaves your device.

  • Local Storage: All app configurations, preferences, Focus Mode session history, and UI customizations are stored locally on your device in a secured manner.

  • Data Minimization: We do not track your usage behavior, IP address, device ID, or location data.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Device-Only Data: The app stores your launcher settings (such as theme preferences, tile layouts, and Focus Mode logs) directly within your device's internal storage. This data is only accessible to you.

  • Data Security: Because your data is stored locally, it is protected by the security measures of your Android device's operating system. We do not have access to, nor can we retrieve, your local data.

4. Third-Party Services

iNex Launcher does not integrate with third-party tracking services, analytics providers, or advertisement networks. The app does not provide links to external websites or resources.

5. In-App Purchases and Trial Periods

While our app may offer a premium "Focus Mode" accessible via an in-app purchase, the management of this purchase is handled exclusively by the Google Play Store’s billing system.

  • Trial Logic: Any temporary access or "trial" periods for features are managed entirely through secure, local on-device logic. We do not collect or store purchase information on our own servers.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify users of any material changes through the app or by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.

7. Contact Us

If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at: indianinnovation.official@gmail.com
